Return & Refund Policy

At Babu Jewellers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new and unworn items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact and proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and customized jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will arrange for a free reverse pickup.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), the refund will be issued through a bank transfer. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

We deliver our jewellery across India with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.

You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. For international orders, please contact our support team for assistance.
